Covering 250 acres, the garden is home to 50 gardens and plant collections, showcasing species from around the world. As you stroll through the grounds, you will discover an impressive maple collection, seasonal floral displays and the beautiful Perennial Garden, where a variety of flowering plants create colourful landscapes throughout the year.
Every season offers a different experience at the garden. During winter, the peaceful surroundings and distinctive beauty of the landscape provide a refreshing contrast to the busy streets of New York. It's the perfect opportunity to slow down, enjoy the fresh air and appreciate nature from a different perspective.
A visit to the New York Botanical Garden is an excellent choice for nature lovers and anyone looking for a peaceful break while exploring the city.

Important information
- Children under 2 years of age can enter free of charge and do not require a ticket. Children aged 2-12 must purchase a child ticket.
- Students purchasing a reduced-price ticket must present a valid student ID upon entry.
- Visitor parking is available for $20 per vehicle. Enter via the Conservatory Gate at 2900 Southern Boulevard to access the on-site car park.
- An audio guide app can be downloaded to your mobile device upon arrival at the garden. Instructions will be provided on site.
- Please exchange your smartphone voucher for an All-Garden Pass at the Visitor Center (2900 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10458) or at the Mosholu Gate (2950 Southern Blvd, Bronx, NY 10458).
Vouchers
- You'll receive your voucher via email, immediately after booking.
- To gain entry, you'll need to exchange it for the actual entrance ticket.
- Show your voucher to the local representative, who will issue your entrance ticket, or contact the tour operator for help (contact details are in your confirmation email and on the voucher).
