Program Description
Set off on a two-nights safari and discover two remarkable wildlife areas in Kenya – Tsavo West National Park and Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. With several game drives throughout the trip, you will have the opportunity to spot elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, antelopes and predators while taking in the spectacular landscapes of the Kenyan wilderness.
On the first day, travel to Tsavo West National Park, with your safari beginning as you enter the park. After lunch at Severin Safari Camp, head out on an afternoon game drive through the park. You will also visit Mzima Springs, a scenic natural spring home to hippos, crocodiles and colourful fish. Spend the night at Severin Safari Camp surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the African bush.
Day two begins with an early morning game drive, when wildlife is particularly active. Continue towards Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary and enjoy lunch at the distinctive Salt Lick Safari Lodge, built on stilts overlooking a busy waterhole. After some time to relax, head out on an afternoon game drive through the sanctuary before dinner and an overnight stay at the lodge.
On the third day, enjoy another early morning game drive before breakfast and begin your return journey back. This adventure-filled safari offers the chance to experience Kenya's diverse landscapes and spend several days surrounded by its extraordinary wildlife.
