Program Description
Get ready for an unforgettable adventure on one of the most beautiful hiking trails in the world. You will set out on the legendary Path of the Gods, a spectacular trail suspended high above the Amalfi Coast, famous for its breathtaking views and unique atmosphere.
Your journey begins with a transfer from Sorrento towards the Amalfi Coast. The drive itself is already a preview of what awaits you. Once you arrive, you will start the hike accompanied by an experienced guide. Along the way, you will admire stunning panoramic views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, dramatic cliffs, and iconic coastal towns that seem to float between sky and sea.
The trail follows ancient mule paths that for centuries connected the hamlet of Nocelle near Positano with Bomerano in Agerola. As you walk, you will pass terraced hillsides, abandoned farmhouses, and areas of Mediterranean scrub. You may encounter local shepherds with their mules and, with a bit of luck, spot wildlife such as peregrine falcons, kestrels, or lizards basking in the sun.
In spring, the Path of the Gods becomes even more enchanting, with wild orchids, heather, and myrtle adding vibrant colors to the landscape. Depending on the season, weather conditions, and trail accessibility, your guide will choose one of two scenic options: Nocelle to Nocelle or Bomerano to Bomerano. Each route offers different perspectives and makes every hike a unique experience.
After completing the hike, you will return by transfer to Sorrento, taking with you unforgettable memories and some of the most spectacular views in southern Italy.
The order of sightseeing and the program may be subject to change.
