The experience begins at a meeting point in Sorrento, where you will be picked up and transferred to a charming restaurant located on the surrounding hills. The setting itself encourages relaxation and creates the perfect backdrop to fully immerse yourself in the culinary spirit of the region. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a tasting of fresh mozzarella and local olive oil, two essential ingredients of Campania’s cuisine.
During the cooking class, you will prepare traditional Neapolitan dishes with your own hands, learning ancient recipes and culinary secrets passed down through generations. One of the highlights of the experience is making fresh pasta from scratch, following a traditional Italian method.
