Program Description

Discover the heart of ancient Rome on a tour that will take you back to the era of gladiators, emperors and the rise of one of the most powerful empires in history. It’s a unique opportunity to see with your own eyes the places that shaped the face of the Eternal City for centuries.

Your experience begins with a visit to the Colosseum – the most iconic symbol of Rome and one of the world’s most famous landmarks. This impressive amphitheatre, also known as the Flavian Amphitheatre, could hold over 50,000 spectators and hosted gladiator battles and wild animal shows. Nearly 2,000 years old, it still leaves a lasting impression and remains a symbol of the power of the ancient empire.

Next, you’ll head to the Palatine Hill – one of the seven hills of Rome, considered the birthplace of the city. According to legend, this is where Romulus and Remus were found by a she-wolf. Over time, the Palatine became the most exclusive district, where emperors built their residences. Today, a walk through this area is a journey through history – among the ruins of palaces and gardens, you’ll discover traces of its former splendour. The visit takes place with a guide, who will help you understand the significance of this site.

Finally, you’ll explore the Roman Forum – the centre of political, social and religious life in ancient Rome. Walking among the ruins of temples, triumphal arches and public buildings, you’ll feel the atmosphere of a place where the most important decisions of the empire were made. It’s a space that offers a deeper understanding of everyday life in ancient Rome.
