Program Description
Travel to one of Italy's most famous and picturesque islands. Capri offers spectacular scenery and a Mediterranean atmosphere that has long attracted travellers from around the world.
Your day begins early in the morning at Molo Beverello port in Naples, where you will meet a local guide and set off on a ferry across the Bay of Naples. The cruise over the shimmering waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea is the perfect introduction to the experiences ahead. Upon arrival at Marina Grande, you will board a minibus that takes you along winding roads through Capri’s lush green hills.
One of the highlights of the program is the Blue Grotto, a legendary site and a valid symbol of the island. You will step into a small rowboat and glide into the cave, where sunlight creates an intense blue glow, giving the interior an almost fairy-tale atmosphere. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that stays in your memory long after the visit.
Next, you will explore Anacapri, the quieter side of the island. While strolling through narrow streets, you will discover local craft shops, artisan workshops and viewpoints offering breathtaking panoramas. Those interested may visit Villa San Michele or take the chairlift up to Monte Solaro, the highest point on Capri (optional attractions, at an additional cost).
The journey continues with a scenic drive along the famous “Mamma Mia Road”, leading down to the lively town of Capri. This is where island life comes alive, especially around the iconic Piazzetta, surrounded by cafés and boutiques. You will have free time for a walk, shopping, enjoying an espresso or simply soaking in the Mediterranean vibe. During this break, you may also visit Certosa di San Giacomo or enjoy lunch and taste local specialities.
At the end of the day, you will meet your guide and take the funicular back to Marina Grande. If conditions allow, you can choose an optional boat tour around the island, offering a completely different perspective of Capri (subject to availability, extra charge).
Afterwards, you will return by ferry to Naples, bringing back memories filled with sunshine, colours, and Mediterranean magic.
The order of visits and the program may be subject to change.
