Program Description
Copenhagen cannot be captured in a single image. Royal palaces and traces of history sit alongside colourful waterfronts, canals and modern architecture, creating a cityscape full of contrasts. That is why it is worth starting your sightseeing with a one-hour canal cruise, offering a chance to experience the Danish capital from one of its most distinctive sides.
As you cruise through the city, you will see the Little Mermaid, the royal Amalienborg Palace and the modern Copenhagen Opera House. Along the way, your guide will share stories about Copenhagen's culture and the places you pass, adding extra context to the views from the boat. And once you are back on land, your sightseeing does not have to end - you can decide for yourself where to go next.
The hop-on hop-off bus allows you to continue exploring with ease and stop at the places that interest you most. Hop off for a stroll around colourful Nyhavn, visit Tivoli Gardens or see Christiansborg Palace, then return to the route and continue to another part of the city. During the journey, you can use the multilingual audio guide, complimentary earphones and Wi-Fi. This way, the canal cruise flows naturally into flexible sightseeing, allowing you to explore Copenhagen without having to follow a fixed itinerary.
