Program Description
Discover a different side of Cyprus on a full-day Jeep Safari through picturesque mountain landscapes, traditional villages and unspoilt nature. Leave the busy coastal resorts behind and experience the island's authentic atmosphere, rich history and spectacular scenery.
Your adventure begins with a visit to Asprokremmos Dam, one of the largest dams in Cyprus. Surrounded by beautiful landscapes, it is the perfect place to admire the scenery and capture your first photos of the day.
The journey continues to a traditional Cypriot mountain village, where you will stop at a local kafenion. Here, you can enjoy an optional coffee break and experience the warm hospitality of the local community.
Next, you will visit Arminou Dam, hidden among rolling hills and pine forests. This peaceful location offers beautiful views and is an ideal stop for photographs.
The tour then takes you to the historic Tzelefos Bridge, the largest medieval Venetian bridge in Cyprus. Nestled in the heart of the Pafos Forest, this well-preserved stone bridge is surrounded by untouched nature and offers a glimpse into the island's rich past.
Continue to the beautiful Chantara Waterfalls, located near the village of Phini. A short walk leads to this peaceful natural attraction, where crystal-clear water flows through lush green surroundings.
Your next stop is Omodos, one of Cyprus' most beautiful traditional villages. During your free time, you can stroll through its cobbled streets, admire the historic stone houses, browse local craft shops and souvenir stores, or simply relax in the village square.
Before returning, you will visit Aphrodite's Rock (Petra tou Romiou). According to Greek mythology, this is the birthplace of Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty. Surrounded by dramatic cliffs and the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea, it is one of Cyprus' most iconic landmarks.
