Program Description

Discover the wildest and most picturesque corners of southern Fuerteventura on a small-group adventure to Cofete Beach - a place considered one of the most breathtaking and mysterious beaches in the Canary Islands. This is a unique opportunity to explore extraordinary landscapes, uncover local legends and visit locations that have captivated filmmakers from around the world.

Your journey begins with a drive through the Jandía Natural Park, where gravel roads wind through rugged mountain scenery and spectacular viewpoints. Along the way, your local guide will share fascinating stories about the peninsula, its history and the legends that have shaped the mystique of this remarkable region.

The highlight of the excursion is undoubtedly Cofete Beach - an endless stretch of golden sand framed by dramatic mountains and the vast Atlantic Ocean. This extraordinary setting has served as a backdrop for productions such as Star Wars, Exodus and The Eternals. During your free time, you can stroll along the untouched shoreline, admire the raw beauty of nature and soak up the unique atmosphere of one of Fuerteventura’s most remote locations.

The tour also offers the chance to discover the secrets of Villa Winter, a secluded mansion surrounded by mystery and local folklore. According to popular stories, its owner, Gustav Winter, was linked to German submarine operations during World War II. While many of these tales remain unverified, the villa continues to fascinate visitors with its enigmatic character.

On the way back, you will stop in Morro Jable viewpoint, one of the most popular resorts in southern Fuerteventura. Before returning to your hotel in Costa Calma region, you will also visit a viewpoint overlooking the famous Sotavento Lagoon, renowned for its turquoise waters and ever-changing sandbanks shaped by the tides.

Great place 👍😁🌞 I recommend it to everyone who enjoys beautiful views and unspoiled places. The beach is beautiful, and what`s more, Winter`s villa has an incredible story that actually happened.
